Hubby cooked this one - panfried salmon fillet pieces on a bed of greens with lemon hollandaise sauce & generously topped with chilli flakes. The chilli isn't part of the recipe, but he sprinkled them over instead of serving them on the side, for me. I am a CHILLI freak :)
